FAQs

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all our orders the same working day. All UK orders are dispatched on a next working day service. For all European and International orders please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Has my order been dispached ?

Soon as your order is shipped we send you out your confirmation email and text to confirm your order has been shipped along with a tracking number to track your item. 

Can I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order we email and text your tracking details to you. You can also go to your account section on our website to track your order. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Please see an email to info@townmills1913.com, if you order has not already been shipped we can change this for you. If you order has already been shipped it can be very difficult to change the delivery address. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please see an email to info@townmills1913.com, if you order has not already been shipped we can cancel this for you. If you order has already been shipped it can be canceled, once you receive your order you can send this back to us for either an exchange or refund. 

Can I exchange my item for a new size?

If your item does not fit or need a larger size, You can easily get  this exchanged by using our returns form.

How do I return my item for a full refund?

Please return your item using our Returns Form.

Do you have a size guide?

You can find our size guides along side each garment. Our size are specific to each garment. 

Where can I find a returns form?

You can download and print a copy of our Towmmills return form here. You will find our returns address on this form.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, Once your order has been placed we cannot make any changes. If you would like to change your order we advice placing a new order and follow our returns procedure to return your original order. 

Can I place an order by the telephone?

All orders made must be placed through our website on our secure payment system. If you have any difficultly placing your order please email us at info@townmills1913.com.

Can I add a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, Once your order has been placed we are unable to add a discount code, this includes reimbursement of any fees if you forgot to add your discount code. Please ,make sure you add the discount code to your next order keeping in mind it may have an expiry date.
